45° N. Management is a husband and wife–owned business built on a genuine love for Harbor Springs and the community we call home. For more than 10 years, we’ve worked side by side in the service industry, building our reputation on reliability, clear communication, and taking genuine pride in our work.
Originally founded in 2008 as a boat detailing company, 45° N. has grown alongside our community to offer full-service property management, auto detailing, and boat detailing. Since becoming owners in 2021, we’ve been especially focused on expanding the property management side of the business—creating dependable systems and thoughtful oversight that allow our clients to truly relax when they’re here and away.
